2-day Leadership Program

A powerful and proven program for enterprising people who want to improve their performance through increased self-knowledge. Our unique two-day program uses interaction with horses to help you develop deep insight into the way that you lead, translate and communicate ideas, to hold space to embrace your team’s full potential .

Emotional intelligence- is the 90% decisive factor in all human interaction. It is the key to success that makes the difference in challenging times. Horses teach us how to master it. They are natural experts at using the power of emotion in action.

Approximately 10% of our communication is conscious and verbal. 90% of how we come across to others is an unconscious representation of how we feel t a given moment, in a certain space or situation. Understanding and respecting body language is essential to achieving productive team dynamics. Horses are masters at effectively communicating through body language and give us the key to developing this natural mechanism to our advantage.

In our program, you and your team will learn skills for accessing that “other 90%” with the help of the H.E.A.R.T.S. herd, exercising the non-verbal communication, assertiveness, emotional fitness, and relationship skills essential to team work.

Arrive by 9am

• 9.30 - 11.00 1st horse activity

• 11.30 - 1.30 Lunch at local café

• 1.30-3.30        2nd horse activity
